Return Policy

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

Eligibility
• U.S. Only: Returns/exchanges apply to orders shipped within the U.S.
• Conditions: Items must be unworn, undamaged, in resellable condition with original packaging.

• If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
• Allow consumers to cancel orders before the shipping time and within the time specified on the website.
• Consumers are allowed to apply for returns or exchanges within 14 days (14 days or more) after receiving the goods.

• Timeframe: Submit return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Process & Fees
• Contact: Email support@tokfunmart.com to initiate returns.
• Fees: A Return Processing Fee may apply, waived for exchanges or store credit requests.

Refunds & Timing
• Processing: Allow 15 business days for refunds/store credit after warehouse receipt.
• Methods: Refunds within 30 days go to original payment; gift card purchases return to a new gift card.
• Shipping: No refunds for shipping charges.

Exceptions
• International Orders: Returns/exchanges not available for non-U.S. shipments.
• Final Sale Items: Non-returnable (clearly marked).
• Damaged Items: Submit requests with photos, selecting "QC" as the reason (excludes wear, misuse, or late reports).
