By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

Eligibility
• U.S. Only: Returns/exchanges apply to orders shipped within the U.S.
• Conditions: Items must be unworn, undamaged, in resellable condition with original packaging.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Allow consumers to cancel orders before the shipping time and within the time specified on the website.
Consumers are allowed to apply for returns or exchanges within 14 days (14 days or more) after receiving the goods.

Refunds & Timing
• Processing: Allow 15 business days for refunds/store credit after warehouse receipt.
• Methods: Refunds within 30 days go to original payment; gift card purchases return to a new gift card.
• Shipping: No refunds for shipping charges.

Exceptions
• International Orders: Returns/exchanges not available for non-U.S. shipments.
• Final Sale Items: Non-returnable (clearly marked).
• Damaged Items: Submit requests with photos, selecting "QC" as the reason (excludes wear, misuse, or late reports).
